5. Customer support is just terrible.

I was somewhat pleased with the service at first. About six months ago, I began encountering issues with the hosting, and it took nearly two months for them to resolve it. By that time, I was nearly out of business since I operate a small online shop. Now, here I am again, facing similar problems with my new site for the past four weeks.

Initially, I was getting error messages like 401, 402, and 414, plus my site wasn’t secure. It took them three weeks to sort that out, but then my website started lagging. They suggested I get rid of the images, so I did, but now they want me to remove plugins too.

During our chats, they even disconnected me twice. Wow, what a service!
